Refund & Exchange Policy
At Orca Pacific INC. we seek to provide only quality service and products to our customers but we also understand that things happen, wrong items get purchased, and someone may not be satisfied with their purchase. We have made our return process simple. Returns are handled on a case by case basis.
- All items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in it's original packaging and unopened in new condition
- Chemicals must be unopened and in its original packaging (no cracked seals will be accepted).
- All completed returns will be give a store credit.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable items include:
- Sales items: All sales items are final and cannot be returned.
